Employment Specialists will carry a caseload, and under direct supervision from a professional staff, provide vocational services which include treatment, assessment, planning, counseling, job development, group facilitation, and record keeping. Staff assist clients in a variety of activities relating to vocational assessment/planning, job development, job coaching and follow-up services.

CPC's Adult Partial Care program (PC) is a community-based service that helps individuals living with serious mental illness or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders to learn and enhance independent living skills. The Behavioral Health Clinician I provide individual, group, family, and/or substance abuse treatment for consumers who are diagnosed with co-occurring, mental health and substance abuse disorders. Works with a team to complete individual recovery planning and provides case management services. Completes Bio psychosocial Assessments and documents treatment progress in electronic clinical record.

Integrated Case Management Services (ICMS) assists adults with serious and persistent mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders increase independence and promote community integration. Case management services provide linkages to help secure necessary services and resources while maintaining recovery and a high quality of life. As part of our Integrated Case Management Services (ICMS) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in linking individuals to services that promote stability, growth, and quality of life.

The Behavioral Health Clinician II provides individual, group, family, substance abuse and specialty group therapy to clients and their families; prepares a treatment plan; provides case management services; completes bio-psychosocial evaluation and all clinical paperwork; completes assessments and documents ongoing treatment and discharge planning. The Senior Crisis Worker provides crisis intervention and de-escalation services to clients and families. This position will review cases and call requests, assess appropriate interventions, follow up that is needed, and manage the daily schedule to ensure all requests have been completed. Staff will review cases with their supervisor and coordinate care with treatment programs. The staff will complete agency required paperwork in a timely fashion as well as maintain updated records on all clients assigned.

The Certified School Nurse is a Registered Nurse whose goal is to establish and maintain a comprehensive school health program. The Registered Nurse for High Point Schools provides necessary health screening, counseling, and education for students, families, and staff as necessary.

The Peer Specialist will be an integral member of an interdisciplinary clinical team that will work in collaboration with the consumer in the development and execution of a care plan that will provide a holistic approach. The Peer Specialist will work with the clinical team in assessing and identifying the needs of the consumer and providing and/or arranging for health and wellness promotion services as part of the individual recovery plan in order to maximize the consumer’s successful community adaptation and quality of life.

The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) provides individual, group, family, substance abuse and specialty group therapy to clients and their families. Additionally, the BHC prepares a treatment plan, provides case management services, completes assessments and treatment plans, documents ongoing treatment and facilitates discharge planning.

The Supervisory Team Leader is an administrative/clinical position, which provides supervision to staff, participates in hiring and in staff development, performs staff evaluations and works with Program Coordinator in developing policies and procedures related to specific program. Organizes and implements quality management responsibilities. Provides direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team model.

High Point School is currently looking for an art teacher for our high school students who is committed to enriching the minds of our students of different ages and academic levels. Our successful candidate will have experience working with students with disabilities and must have a NJ Department of Education Art Teacher Certification.

As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will be an integral part of a professional team delivering Children's Crisis Response services. You will provide targeted services and interventions for up to 72 hours, working a combination of day and evening shifts, and occasional weekends. Your primary responsibilities include conducting initial assessments of clients' needs, developing Individual Crisis Plans to enhance the functioning and mental health of both children and families, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agency requirements. This role also involves ongoing client re-evaluation throughout treatment, with at least weekly calls to clients, documented in a timely manner.

The Behavioral Health Clinician I will provide treatment services for individuals requiring ASAM Level I (outpatient) or ASAM Level 2.1 (Intensive Outpatient Program). This may include individual, group and/or family sessions as well as coordination of need for case management and psychiatric services as indicated on the treatment plan.
