The Mental Health Clinician provides comprehensive clinical services to kids in the community and in offices that have MH and SU issues. Responsibilities include conducting individual and family sessions, facilitating therapeutic groups, coordinating care with prescribers and case managers, and participating in treatment team meetings.

The MH clinician integrates evidence-based practices—including CBT, DBT-informed approaches, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention—to address emotional regulation, substance use, and behavioral challenges.


The Program Coordinator of Addiction Recovery Services is a dually licensed clinician whose goal is to maintain quality programming in compliance with the NJ Division of Mental Health & Addiction Services (DMHAS) and other regulatory agencies, such as The Joint Commission (TJC). The Program Coordinator works closely with the clinical and administrative staff to ensure a continuum of services to meet the needs of the clients served. The Program Coordinator is involved in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, strategic planning, and the oversight of the yearly budget for the program. The Program Coordinator is responsible for quality assurance, utilization review and maintenance of the contracts involved in the programs he/she supervises. The Program is responsible for ensuring that staff are competent to perform their duties, are up to date in trends and practices in the field and the successful completion of yearly staff evaluations through clinical and administrative supervision and ongoing training. The Program Coordinator will also carry a caseload and lead groups in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
