The RN supports individuals receiving outpatient behavioral health services by coordinating care, providing health education, and assisting clients in reducing barriers to achieving their wellness goals. This is a daytime position that primarily provides case management and care coordination. As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will be an integral part of a professional team delivering Children's Crisis Response services. You will provide targeted services and interventions for up to 72 hours, working a combination of day and evening shifts, and occasional weekends. Your primary responsibilities include conducting initial assessments of clients' needs, developing Individual Crisis Plans to enhance the functioning and mental health of both children and families, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agency requirements. This role also involves ongoing client re-evaluation throughout treatment, with at least weekly calls to clients, documented in a timely manner.

The Behavioral Health Clinician II provide individual, group, family, substance abuse and specialty group therapy to clients and their families; prepares a treatment plan; provide case management services; completes bio-psychosocial evaluation and all clinical paperwork; completes assessments and documents ongoing treatment and discharge planning. The Behavioral Health Clinician II may assume administrative and clinical supervision and other activities.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician I for PACT (Program of Assertive Community Treatment), you will serve people in the community as part of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. The PACT team works together to help adults with mental illness learn the tools to become and remain stable, healthy, and successful, living in the community. The Mental Health Clinician provides comprehensive clinical services to kids in the community and in offices that have MH and SU issues. Responsibilities include conducting individual and family sessions, facilitating therapeutic groups, coordinating care with prescribers and case managers, and participating in treatment team meetings.
