POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes supervision of a three-person team (including payroll) and active collaboration with both the executive team and staff across the organization. The VP of HR is responsible for developing and managing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support employee engagement, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
