Sr. Manager, Children's Crisis Mobile Response Program

CPC is actively recruiting for an innovative and dynamic leader, who is passionate about working to improve the lives of children and families. This person will oversee the overall operations of Children's Mobile Response in Monmouth County. This community crisis program runs 24/7/365 and supports a strengths-based approach in its work. This is a full-time, 37.5 hours a week position for Children's Crisis Mobile Crisis Program - Monmouth County.

The ideal candidate must possess,

  • experience working with children and families who are experiencing behavioral, emotional or psychiatric challenges. 
  • experience should be in in settings such as ER's, mobile crisis programs, inpatient, or intensive level programming for children and adolescents.
  • Comfort working in the community is a critical component of the position. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • LCSW license (mandatory requirement)
  • at least 7 years' experience as a clinical supervisor (at least two of those years must include administrative duties such as scheduling, hiring and QM activities, as examples)
  • Ability to train and supervise staff in a community setting,
  • excellent problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to work independently are very important as well.
