Program Supervisor

CPC Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a clinically strong and team-oriented Program Supervisor to help lead our Adult Partial Care Program serving individuals with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and co-occurring disorders. This position blends clinical leadership and program oversight, supporting staff development, regulatory compliance, and high-quality psychiatric rehabilitation services within a CCBHC framework.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
  • LSW or LAC with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience,
    OR
  • LCSW or LPC
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with individuals with SPMI and/or co-occurring disorders

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Support day-to-day program operations in collaboration with the Program Coordinator
  • Carry a caseload and facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
  • Ensure compliance with CCBHC, Medicaid, and agency documentation standards
  • Provide training and mentoring to clinical staff
  • Support crisis intervention and problem resolution with clients and families
  • Provide supervisory coverage in the absence of the Program Coordinator
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to coach developing clinicians
  • Experience in psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery-oriented services
  • Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational accountability

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment is required. Employees must have normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate information pertaining to this position. 
Prolonged sitting; occasional bending, stretching, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Ability to operate standard office equipment and communicate effectively in person and by phone.
