POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for obtaining and verifying patient insurance benefits and authorizations, and data collection and analysis with regard to client accounts. Works with Eatontown billing staff to resolve billing issues, and under the supervision of the Patient Accounts Supervisor to implement these functions for the Agency and its affiliates.
