Position Summary:

The Coordinator of Fundraising and Communications plays a key role in advancing our mission by supporting donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, and organizational communications. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to strengthening community impact through effective storytelling and resource development.

Location: Eatontown, NJ

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional setting involving fundraising, donor relations, marketing, communications, or public engagement
• Must be Tech Savvy with proficiency with digital communication tools such as email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and content management systems

Major Responsibilities:

Fundraising:

• Assist in the development and execution of annual fundraising plans and campaigns
• Coordinate special events projects under fundraising

• Manage donor database and ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely acknowledgments
• Support grant writing and reporting, including research and drafting
• Coordinate logistics for fundraising events and donor stewardship activities
• Help identify new funding opportunities and potential donors

Communications:

• Develop and manage content for digital platforms (website, social media, email newsletters)
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
• Collaborate on the creation of print and digital marketing materials
• Track and analyze communication metrics to optimize engagement
• Serve as a liaison with media, community partners, and other stakeholders as needed
