CPC Integrated Health's ICMS Program:

Integrated Case Management Services (ICMS) assists adults with serious and persistent mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders increase independence and promote community integration. Case management services provide linkages to help secure necessary services and resources while maintaining recovery and a high quality of life.

About Our Role:

The Behavioral Health Clinician I works in collaboration with the consumer in planning, implementing, and evaluating service provisions to maximize the client's independence and success in the community.  The Behavioral Health Clinician I completes initial assessments, prepares a treatment plan; provides case management services; documents ongoing treatment and discharge planning.

This is a community-based position. 

Annual Salary: $55,000 plus (based on years of experience and credentials.)

MINIMALQUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess terminal NJ license and Master's Degree in clinically related field such as social work or counseling. 
• Must minimally possess an active LSW or LAC.
• Must have prior experience providing treatment services to adults, children, or adolescents.
• COVID 19 vaccine, booster optional

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Experience with evidence-based practices.
