CPC Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician/social worker to join our Adult Partial Care Program, a multidisciplinary, recovery-oriented team serving adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys group work, collaborative treatment planning, and evidence-based practice in a structured day program.

Title: Behavioral health Clinician I, Partial care program

Location: Aberdeen NJ

Minimal Qualifications:

• Must possess a clinically oriented master's degree and license
• Must posses LAC or LSW
• Experience working with SPMI and/or co-occurring disorders
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing and integrated care

Major Responsibilities/Performance Objectives:

• Provide individual and group therapy in a Partial Care setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized recovery plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (IMR, relapse prevention, wellness, skills training)
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Coordinate care with families and community providers.
• Document services and progress in the electronic health record
