POSITION SUMMARY: The Mobile Crisis Assistant Program Coordinator is the direct clinical supervisor of the mobile response workers and provides individual and team supervision in office and while out in the field. The Mobile Crisis Assistant Program Coordinator will assist staff in providing crisis intervention to clients/families and assess appropriate treatment and case management interventions and ensure that these are effectively and efficiently implemented. The Mobile Crisis Assistant Program Coordinator will monitor utilization review of IIC services to ensure that clients are receiving effective, appropriate treatment and progressing throughout treatment. The Mobile Crisis Assistant Program Coordinator worker provides crisis intervention and de-escalation services to clients and families, formulates diagnosis, assesses appropriate treatment, and provides case management interventions and coordinate care. The Mobile Crisis Assistant Program Coordinator will complete agency and DHS required paperwork in a timely fashion as well as maintain updated records on all clients assigned.
Annual Salary: $85,000
