Vera Sansone, LCSW
President & CEO

Vera Sansone serves as the President and CEO of CPC Behavioral Healthcare. She is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational performance of the Agency. Vera was named the Agency's President and CEO after years of supervisory and managerial roles including Chief Operating Officer. Vera is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Prior to coming to CPC, Vera held numerous administrative and clinical roles in New York State Psychiatric facilities.


Dan Burns, CPA
Sr. Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

As the CFO of CPC Behavioral Healthcare, Dan manages the Agency's budget of $30 million and is responsible for the financial operations and sustainability of CPC. Dan also supervises the facilities department, which keeps CPC's various locations and vehicles ready to serve our consumers. Dan is a NJ licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years' experience, including previous work in public accounting at KPMG where he assisted numerous non-profit organizations.


Donna Coyle, LCSW
Sr. Vice President, Clinical Operations

Donna Coyle, CPC's Sr. Vice President of Clinical Operations, is responsible for the administrative and clinical oversight of Freehold and Aberdeen Outpatient programs, Adult Partial Care, Integrated Case Management Services, Justice Involved Services, Supported Housing, Supported Employment, and CPC's social enterprise/screen printing business. Donna began her career at CPC in 2006 and has held various positions throughout different locations in the agency. Donna's credentials include Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Professional. Prior to CPC, Donna has worked in inpatient psychiatric facilities and residential programs for the mental health, co-occurring, and traumatic brain injury populations.


Cheryl Mountain, LCSW
Sr. Vice President, High Point School

Cheryl oversees all educational and clinical operations of the High Point School, serving children ages 5 through 21. Cheryl is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with school counselor and administrator certifications. Cheryl has worked in various roles in High Point School and CPC's residential programs. Prior to CPC, Cheryl worked as the program coordinator of School Based Services at Keansburg High School.


Kenneth Pecoraro, LCSW, LCADC
Division Director of Addiction Recovery and Co-Occuring Disorders Services

Kenneth Pecoraro has been a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2000 and a Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 1997. Mr. Pecoraro has extensive experience working directly with and supervising programs for adolescent and young adult addictions and mental health treatment. He has developed and coordinated several adult and adolescent Intensive Outpatient Programs. Mr. Pecoraro specializes in using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational strategies to effectively engage and treat resistant substance abusing adolescents and young adults for his entire career of over 23 years. Mr. Pecoraro received his Masters of Social Work degree in 1996 from Rutgers University where he specialized in casework with an emphasis on addictions treatment. Mr. Pecoraro has been working directly with substance abusing adolescents and young adults in the Monmouth County area as the Program Coordinator at CPC Behavioral Healthcare, located in Middletown, NJ since 2001.
